What we collect
Your email address, the language of the page, the consent text you saw, and the time of signup. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site.
Why
To email you news and recommendations about Madrid (films, plans and places). That is commercial information. We will not sell your address.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a). Spanish law (LSSI-CE Art. 21) also requires prior consent for commercial email. The box is not pre-ticked.
How long
While you stay subscribed, and then only as long as we must keep a record of the consent or the erasure request.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, limit or port your data, object, and withdraw consent at any time. Future emails will include an unsubscribe link. Until sending starts, use the form below (choose “Erase / unsubscribe”).
